Cancellation terms and conditions vary between establishments, and those pertaining to each establishment are viewable at appropriate times during the reservations process. Please ensure you view these. Therefore, Guest Centre is not able to accept or handle reservations on behalf of any establishments.
How can I cancel a reservation?
At the time you have made a reservation at any establishment using Guest Centre, you have received a confirmation e-mail containing the establishment's contact details. Please contact the establishment directly to cancel your reservation.
I have lost the contact details of the establishment - can you assist?
Yes. Please send an e-mail to email@example.com containing your name, surname, date of arrival and the reservation number. We will contact the establishment with your request to make contact with you and will provide the establishment's contact information to you.
